Catherine Rudder - President
Catherine joined our team in 1996 and oversees the Administrative Division of IDS and is dedicated to providing our contractors the best customer service available in the industry. Catherine is married to Tim and they have one son, Chase Rudder, who plays quarterback for his local high school.
Tim Rudder - Vice President
Tim Rudder started International Drilling and Sawing (IDS) in 1993. Inspired by a vision of providing the very best in concrete sawing and drilling services backed by a solid commitment to the highest business ethics. Tim is a seasoned technical expert in this industry (since 1981) with hands-on knowledge of the full range of IDS equipment and sawing/cutting techniques. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Auburn University and has extensive advanced professional training, including full professional CSDA certification as a concrete sawing and drilling operator.

Spencer manages the Gulf Coast Division of IDS and the Southeast Region of Bullseye Radar Imaging. Spencer has been with IDS since it opened the Gulf Coast Division in 2000 and is a vital asset to the development of IDS and Bullseye Radar Imaging. He is married to Nicole and has four children.

Terry joined IDS in 2007 after more than 20 years with Hilti, one of the world’s largest producers of cutting equipment and a wide range of construction materials and services. Terry’s primary focus is the IDS customer, and he travels frequently to meet with IDS clients to ensure their 100% satisfaction.

As a former firefighter of 23 years, Jerry brings an invaluable skill set to our team. He utilizes his experience in technical rescue and over 20 years of experience in construction to prevent the situations he used to respond to. He is an OSHA authorized trainer and keeps our guys safe and certified. He is married to his wife Marla of 10 years and has five kids and four grandkids.

Woody joined our team in August 2021 and with 22 years in the concrete cutting industry, he is a great addition. He is an avid hunter, fisherman, and golfer. He is married to his lovely wife and they have two sons together, 11 & 18 years old.

Kirk started with IDS as an operator in 2016 and quickly showed promise to become so much more. After being with us for a year and a half, he was moved up into the sales position he is in today. We appreciate Kirk's hard work and dedication. He is currently engaged to a beautiful, young lady with plans to get married in 2022.

Russ received his bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Auburn University. He joined IDS in January 2021 after having 16 years of experience in sales and estimating in the concrete cutting industry along the Gulf Coast. He has been married to his wife Betsy for over 26 years and they have two daughters together, Elizabeth and C.C.

Cory Vickers is married and has three beautiful children. He was born and raised in Montgomery Al. and has over 20 years experience in the construction/concrete industry.
Cory believes that customer service is his top priority. He proudly services the greater Montgomery area and the surrounding cities in Alabama and Georgia.

Jason joined IDS in 2005 and started out as a helper. He swiftly moved into an operator role and within a few short years moved into a role that was not limited to sales, management, and dispatching. He has been volunteering for his local fire department for 28 years and 3 months ago was promoted to Chief of the department. We’re proud to have Jason on our team.

Travis joined our team in 2012 as an IDS Operator and has transitioned to a Ground Penetrating Radar Analyst with Bullseye Radar Imaging. Travis has been in the concrete cutting industry for 10+ years and is a true asset to our team. Travis holds a CSDA Certification in concrete cutting as well as many safety accreditations. He is married to Kelsey and they share three children together.
